Our Mission

Physical training builds the skills. Mental performance training determines how those skills show up when it matters most.

Breath by Bailey partners with competitive cheerleading and dance programs to train athletes to perform at their highest level under pressure while protecting their mental well-being.

We train your athletes to develop the tools to compete with resilience, trust, and balance — the three pillars of sustainable, high-level performance. Through science-backed mental performance training and breathwork, athletes learn to regulate under pressure, lead with confidence, and show up fully for themselves and their teammates.

The results go beyond the competition floor. The mental skills athletes build here — how to stay grounded under stress, how to trust the process, how to lead with integrity — follow them into the classroom, into relationships, and into every challenge they face after sport.

Resilient athletes rise when the pressure is highest.

Trusting teams perform their best when it counts most.

Balanced athletes finish the season stronger than they started.

This is how athletes and teams reach their highest potential.

What We Train and Develop

Resilient Athletes

Resilience begins with regulation. Athletes learn to regulate their nervous systems in high-pressure moments so they can reset quickly, respond constructively, and execute with composure through challenge. Instead of reacting impulsively or shutting down, they learn to respond with grit.

High-Trust Teams

Trust is built when teammates show up for each other in difficult moments. When athletes are regulated, they listen better, communicate more clearly, and hold themselves and each other accountable. Teams develop the ability to work through challenges together, strengthening both trust and performance.

Balanced Training Strategies

Sustainable excellence requires balance between physical and mental training. Athletes learn how their internal state influences training quality, recovery, and confidence. They develop the ability to train with intensity, reset when needed, and sustain high performance across an entire season.
