B.A. in Psychology | M.A. in Human Resources | MSW Candidate
Certified Breath Coach | D1 Collegiate Athlete
Bailey is a mental health professional, certified breath coach, and former Division I cheerleader at the University of Alabama. She is passionate about redefining high performance through a fresh approach that prioritizes both mental and physical wellbeing.
She works with student athletes, teens, and young adults to build stress management skills, emotional balance, and mental strength - tools that support success both on and off the field.
By challenging the belief that achievement requires nonstop hustle, burnout, and emotional disconnection, Bailey is reshaping what performance means for the next generation.
Bailey's Story
BREATH by Bailey was founded with a clear mission: to help athletes reach their highest potential without sacrificing their mental or physical well-being. Today, Bailey partners with competitive cheerleading programs across the country, blending evidence based breathwork practices with mental strength training. Her workshops leave athletes with tangible tools to stay focused, confident, and calm under pressure. These skills elevate performance on the mat and empower athletes far beyond sport. Since launching in December 2024, she has worked with over 35 programs and more than 650 athletes, helping build healthier team cultures, stronger performances, and more balanced, confident competitors.
Alongside this work, Bailey is a training psychotherapist specializing in emotional regulation, chronic stress and anxiety, women’s integrated health, and trauma. She sees clients at Main Street Counseling Solutions while pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, the nation’s top ranked MSW program.
Her dedication is deeply personal. As a former competitive cheerleader, Bailey knows firsthand the mental and emotional demands of high-level athletics. She spent eight years in allstar cheer, won the Illinois High School State Championship in 2013, and went on to compete at The University of Alabama, one of the most decorated cheer programs in the nation. Along the way, she also navigated the challenges of ADHD and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, experiences that shaped her commitment to creating spaces where athletes can thrive without burning out.
Bailey’s work is grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience, guided by the belief that true high performance does not demand constant struggle. Through BREATH by Bailey and her psychotherapy practice, she supports athletes, teens, and young adults in building resilience, improving emotional health, and embracing a vision of success that is sustainable, balanced, and authentic.
