Lindsay Fleming, LCPC, is a therapist, cheer coach, and parent coach who bridges the gap between mental health and athletic performance. For the past seven years, Lindsay has coached cheerleading, giving her firsthand insight into the unique pressures and joys of the sport. She combines this on-the-mat experience with her clinical expertise to guide parents in supporting their athletes with confidence and resilience.

As the founder of Main Street Counseling, Lindsay leads a team of 17+ clinicians while maintaining a thriving clinical practice working with teens on ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral health.
