Bailey is a training psychotherapist specializing in emotional regulation, chronic stress and anxiety, and trauma. She currently works with more than 10 clients, ages 11 to 45, during her internship at Main Street Counseling Solutions. Bailey will graduate in December with a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, the nation’s top-ranked MSW program.
Her approach to psychotherapy is rooted in the belief that healing goes beyond symptom management. It involves cultivating a strong sense of agency, deep self-understanding, and practical tools to regulate stress and emotions. Bailey strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.
Bailey integrates traditional therapeutic methods with a holistic perspective, combining evidence-based practices with somatic and mindfulness-based techniques. As a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator, she uses breathwork to support self-regulation, emotional processing, and nervous system balance throughout the therapeutic journey.
Her goal is to offer a compassionate and individualized approach that honors both mind and body. Central to her work is fostering authentic relationships and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow. Bailey offers both in-person and virtual psychotherapy and breathwork sessions to meet your needs wherever you are.
