Our Services
We offer a structured mental performance system designed to strengthen resilience, deepen trust, and build a balanced work ethic across an entire season. Programs may participate in individual trainings or a full season model.

1
Set the Foundation:
Season Opening Mental Performance Training
The Set the Foundation training is delivered at the start of the season to shape how teams communicate, connect, and perform under pressure throughout the year.

This training introduces athletes to the relationship between internal state and performance, emphasizing self-awareness and regulation as key drivers of consistency and trust. Breathwork is introduced as a practical tool to regulate the nervous system and strengthen mental performance.

Teams are introduced to Breath by Bailey’s three pillars of mental performance: resilience, trust, and balance, which guide both individual development and team dynamics.

At this stage of the season, the focus is on building trust and learning how to work together effectively to support long-term performance.
2
Meet the Moment:
Competition Readiness Mental Performance Training
The Meet the Moment training is delivered at the start of competition season to prepare athletes to meet increasing demands with mental strength. As pressure, fatigue, and emotional load intensify, athletes develop the skills required to stay steady and perform consistently while protecting their mental well-being.

Breathwork is reinforced as a tool for managing pressure, calming nerves, preparing for competition, and resetting from mistakes in real time.
This work elevates the mental performance standard across the program, ensuring athletes are equipped to compete with clarity and control.
3
Peak Season Reset:
Sectionals & State Empowerment
The Peak Season Reset training is delivered prior to Cheerleading & Dance Sectionals and State to recalibrates the team’s mental performance at the most critical point of the season.
This training focuses on strengthening team connection and ensuring athletes feel prepared to engage in high-pressure competition. Athletes strengthen regulation skills through breathwork led by Bailey, helping them to stay composed and responsive under championship-level pressure.

This training resets focus and team trust, stabilizes performance, and prepares athletes to execute at their highest potential when it matters most.

Parent Support Sessions
Led by Lindsay Fleming
Parent Support Sessions equip families with the insight and tools to effectively support athletes through the demands of competitive sport.
Grounded in nervous system science, this training helps parents better understand how stress shows up in their athlete and how to respond in ways that promote regulation and well-being. Parents learn practical strategies to communicate in ways that build trust, reinforce resilience, and support performance without unintentionally adding pressure.

By aligning the home environment with the team’s mental performance standards, athletes receive consistent, grounded support that strengthens both their well-being and their ability to perform under pressure.
