bailey is a training psychotherapist specializing in emotional regulation, chronic stress, anxiety, and trauma. she works with clients ages 11-45 at main street counseling solutions and will graduate in december with her master of social work from the university of michigan – ann arbor.

her approach goes beyond short-term fixes. bailey helps clients build agency, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools to sustainably regulate stress and emotions. she combines evidence-based cognitive psychotherapy with somatic and mindfulness techniques to support nervous system balance and emotional processing.

in a supportive, nonjudgmental space, clients feel truly heard and empowered to make meaningful progress at their own pace. sessions are offered both in-person and virtually, meeting you wherever you are.

bailey leads breathwork sessions in person or online, supporting clients of all ages in managing stress, staying grounded, and sharpening focus. these sessions train the nervous system to remain calm under pressure, reduce anxiety, and speed recovery from both mental and physical challenges.

 

each session combines evidence-based breathwork, somatic techniques, and mindfulness practices, creating a supportive space to release tension, process emotions, and build resilience. with bailey’s guidance, you’ll gain practical tools to navigate stress, strengthen emotional balance, and show up fully as your most authentic self.
